Professional advancement workshops for teachers

We offer two lab based hands-on science workshops to science teachers.

Chicago public school teachers participating in these workshops earn 45 CPDUs and 3 LANE CREDITS.

Teaches from other school districts should inquire from their respective school districts for any professional development credits they are awarded for participating in professional advancement workshops .

The two science based workshops we offer are specially designed for teachers with the aim of enhancing their lab skills so to be able to teach in a practical hands-on fashion in a lab setting to their students.

Both of these workshops meet separately for 45 clock hours and have a tuition fee of $450.00 for each workshop plus $50.00 for the use of lab supplies for each, for a total of $500.00 per workshop.
